Body Armor Front Skid Plate

This front skid plate that is made by Body Armor has been crafted from carbon steel that is 3/16 of an inch in thickness.  It has been engineered specifically to keep rocks and stumps from causing any sort of damage to your engine and front suspension.  

With this skid plate on your Jeep, you will not need to worry about any errant stumps or rocks sneaking under your bumper and taking out your oil pan, steering or front suspension.  This skid plate is a thick steel pan that will be positioned at an angle in order to deflect the rocks as opposed to smashing into them.  If you have a Jeep that is equipped with a sway bar disconnect that is electric then you will know just how pricey it can be to replace once it has been beaten by a branch or stump that the rest of your Jeep would have no problem rolling over.  In order to keep this expensive part safe, this skid plate has been augmented by a kick down plate that has been specifically designed for this purpose.  The entire skid plate has been given a textured powder coat in black so that it will coordinate with your Body Armor front bumper.
